Recommendations
A few recommendations going forward in order to prevent shrinkage include LP analyzes self-check-outs and security cameras on items in order to clearly show people that they are being monitored for theft. When it comes to inventory ordering, analyzing each individual department in order to provide the best system possible (Periodic vs Continuous).  First phones need to be used more efficiently. With these first phones working properly, assisting customers will come more easily as well as a source to check inventories and order products.
